There is a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy for a full refund.
A same-day appointment, once confirmed, can not be cancelled without incurring the full charge.
Practitioners will arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to set-up equipment and ensure an
on-time start.
Practitioners will do an in-take on the initial appointment to determine pertinent medical information and
personal goals in order to perform the service safely and efficiently.
Our service area is Manhattan (year-round) below 100th St. and the Hamptons (Available Memorial Day to Labor
Day and from West Hampton to East Hampton).
For massage -- we cannot accommodate walk-up buildings. Any massage appointments confirmed for a walk-up
building and not cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full charge.
Gift Cards & Package Deal Policies
Gift cards and package deals are non-refundable.
Gift cards may be used for any service offered by Refresh Body.
Gift cards may not have gratuity included. Please check your balance to see if gratuity was included.
Package deals do not have an expiration.
One (1) session in each package deal can be transferred as a gift to friends, colleagues, relatives, or
whomever you wish.
Packages can be shared with anyone in the same household.
Gift cards & account credits cannot be used to purchase packages or other gift cards. They may only be used to make service reservations.
Code of Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior towards our practitioners including but not limited to abusive language, lewd
acts and/or sexual innuendo will result in immediate forfeiture and full charge of the appointment, and
prohibition from using the services of Refresh Body in perpetuity.
Right to Refuse Service
Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse service at any point during the session if, in their
professional opinion, they deem it appropriate to do so. No refunds will be issued.
Confidentiality
All personal information is kept in strictest confidence and at all times confidential.
