Policies

Refresh Body General Policies

  • Hours of operation are 9am – 10pm. Last appointment is a 10pm start time.
  • There is a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy for a full refund.
  • Cancellation of same-day appointments must be within six (6) hours of scheduled appointment time for a full refund.
  • All same-day massage appointments are at the Blue rate ($165/hr, $230/90 minutes).
  • Therapists & Instructors will arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to set-up equipment and ensure on-time start.
  • Therapists & Instructors will do an in-take on the initial appointment to determine pertinent medical information and personal goals in order to perform the service safely and efficiently.
  • Our service area is Manhattan below 100th St. and the Hamptons (from West Hampton to Montauk).
  • We cannot accommodate walk-up buildings for massage.

Gift Cards & Package Deal Policies

  • Gift cards and package deals are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from purchase date.
  • Gift cards may be used for any service offered by Refresh Body.
  • Gift cards may not have gratuity included. Please check your balance to see if gratuity was included.
  • Package deals do not have an expiration.
  • One (1) session in each package deal can be transferred as a gift to friends, colleagues, relatives, or whomever you wish.

Code of Conduct

  • Any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists/instructors including but not limited to abusive language, lewd acts and/or sexual innuendo will result in immediate forfeiture of the appointment, full charge plus 20% of the appointment fee, and prohibition from using the services of Refresh Body in perpetuity.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Our therapists/instructors reserve the right to refuse service at any point if they deem it appropriate. No refunds will be issued.

Confidentiality

  • All personal information is kept in strictest confidence and at all times confidential.
